For over 10 years I have assisted individuals, couples and families with relationships, health and life transitions. I hold a Master of Science Degree in Social Work from Columbia University in New York and a Bachelor Degree in Health Science and Criminal Behaviors from Azusa Pacific University, in California.
My expertise in coaching was developed by my personal life experiences, education and training. I work with individuals from all walks of life, backgrounds and diverse cultures. My multi-cultural awareness and my understanding of human development, that include thought processes and behaviors from infancy through adulthood; as well as my knowledge of the effects of trauma, chaos and uncertainty on the human mind, sets me apart from other life coaches.
My approach is designed to facilitate and support a deeper awareness and acceptance of your true self as a unique individual, while unmasking and addressing the current obstacles, insecurities and fears that hinder your personal growth.
In order to find one’s most powerful self, one must do the work of exploration, discovery and change. As a Life Coach, I am dedicated to helping you find that better you.
